The intake session fee is $165. The basic, non-discounted fee for all additional 50-minute sessions is $140. With the full fee, we take care of all required billing to your insurance company and wait for their reimbursement. Your co-pay, coinsurance and/or deductible amount are due at the time of session. We are happy to provide you with a monthly invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Longer sessions are offered at a prorated fee.
The cash discounted fee is $125. However, in cases of financial hardship an adjustment will be made based on a sliding scale fee. The change in fee will be discussed at our first meeting or arranged ahead of time over the phone. All fees will be payable at the beginning or end of each session. No exceptions unless agreed upon in advance with the counselor.
Credit cards, cash and personal checks are accepted. When an appointment is scheduled, time is set aside exclusively for you. If you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, a 24-hour advanced notice is required. A minimum fee of $70 will be charged for any missed appointments or one that is cancelled with less than 24-hour notice.
